Chicken boneless - 100gms 1 Onion 1/2 Carrot Ginger 1/2 inch 3 Green chilies Coriander leaves 4-5 Garlic cloves Salt1/2 Lemon-1-2 water as required 10ml tsp soy sauce 10 ml olive oil 1 egg noodles - 50gm
Add noodles to a separate pan in boiling water. Julienne gm ginger. Halve green chilies. Finely chop - garlic cloves.Add oil in a pan and add the chicken ,add chopped onion, and sliced carrot to the chicken. Then add ginger, garlic Sprinkle salt, pepper and some fresh coriander leaves and saute.and green chilies.Sprinkle salt, pepper and some fresh coriander leaves and saute.Add ml of water and let it simmer for about - minutes. Squeeze lemon and add the soya sauce.Stir the broth gently and cover it.Let it simmer away for minutes.Remove the chicken from the broth and shred it.Add cooked noodles in the broth and cook for minutes.Now add the shredded chicken back in the broth and let it cook for - minutes.Garnish with green chili and fresh coriander. Cook an egg (sunny side up) and serve with the thukpa.
