Chicken breast-100 gram Butter-10 gram Corn flour -2 tbs or 30 gm Garlic -4piece Sping onion-50 gm Milk -100 ml Celery-optional 1 tbsp chopped Pepper Salt Vinegar-1/4 teaspoon
Heat butter and add chopped garlic and whites of spring onion . Add finely chopped chicken breast and saute till cooked on medium flame . Simmer the flame and add corn flour and saute for a minute without burning . Slowly add milk and mix . Add water according to consistency . Add salt and pepper to taste . Add chopped greens of sping onion and chopped celery . Switch off flame and add / tsp of vinegar or less to balance flavours
