Aaj Shirazi Chicken ho jaye! You can substitute chicken with Paneer and it will taste much better. .Marinate chicken with curd,little amount of GG paste( optional),salt,red chilli powder, pepper powder for hrs atleast. . Soak almonds and microwave for mins, discard brown skin. . Take ghee in kadai, put elachi dalchini red dry chillies ( if you like tikhha),fry in low flame. Add sliced onion and green chillies, GG paste till the colour become translucent. Add almonds,stir for mins in low flame. Grind this fried masala and almonds and make a paste,add little water/milk if needed to make the paste. . In the same kadai ,put little amount of ghee( .ml per person) the marinated chicken and stir for mins , sprinkle some water for -times, it will become easy to stir the chicken. Cover cook for mins in low flame ,add the almonds onion paste and stir again for mins. At last ,for gravy add milk ( you can add water in : ratio) and let it boil as needed. Shirazi chicken is ready to serve. Enjoy with Roti/ Bread/ Rice. #fittrfood
