Chicken breast - 150gm
Ginger - 5gm
Garlic - 5gm
Green chilli- 2
Spices: cinnamon powder (1tsp), salt (1tsp), black pepper powder- 1tsp
Cut and mince the chicken in the grinder adding ginger garlic paste and green chillies.
To the minced chicken add the spices mentioned and make small balls using water.
Cut the aluminum foil paper of roughly A page size. Cut as many as you wanna make sausages.
Roll the chicken mix on your palm and give cylindrical shape. Place it on the end of the cut foil paper and give it a final elongated shape.
Now, roll the foil around the chicken and tighten it at the ends as a toffee wrapper. Do it for remaining sausages. Make sure to tighten it properly
Now place a wide pot on the stove and add water atleast half of it and bring it to boil.
Add the foiled sausages to the boiling water and let it cook for about minutes covering the lid. Remove it with the help of the strainer and let it cool down. Cut it into slices and eat with a salsa/dip or add to your salads/wraps etc.
