100 raw chicken breast 2 slices of thin bread 1/4 onion 1/4capsicum 1/4 tbsp salt 1/2 tbsp chilli flakes 1/4 tbsp oregano powder 20 ml fat free mayoneese( whipped dressing) 5 ml hot sauce ( siracha) - 0 cals 5 ml tomato ketchup ( on side/ optional) 5 ml schezuan sauce ( on side/ optional)
Boil chicken as per your desired quantity Mash boiled chicken when cooled Add all the ingridients in chicken including sauce and mix well until a sticky chicken paste is formed. Take bread & put the stuffing inside. You can have it as is or can grill this as well. Sauces mentioned include all cals but they are optional as per taste.
