Heat some oil in the pan and add the chicken breast pieces. Add some salt and turmeric as per taste. once the chicken is done, take it off the pan.
in the same pan, add the remaining oil and add some garlic cloves, dry red chillies and a little jeera. Also add tomato halves and let it cook until the skin of tomatoes comes off easily.
Grind everything in the mixer to make a garlicky, tomato sauce. Add this to the chicken, along with the onions, chopped coriander and green chillies and mix well. Your chicken salad is ready. you can enjoy it as it is or with some dal-chawal.
