Chicken Breast - 150 gm

Carrot - 50 gm

Chopped capsicum and onion

Method

Step 1

Slice the chicken in small pieces and boil it for mins.

Step 2

Heat the pan and add gm of oil.

Step 3

Add the chicken, chopped onion, capsicum, chilly and carrot.

Step 4

Add salt, pinch of black pepper as per your taste.

Step 5

Soute the chicken and vegetables for - mins.

Step 6

And serve it hot, you can add some ketch up to enhance the taste if your calories permit.
