Cajun seasoning(modified): paprika, red chilly powder, mixed herbs, salt, black pepper powder, onion powder, garlic powder.
Cut the chicken breast into cubes and marinate with ginger garlic paste, salt, lemon juice and marinate it for mins.
Take a bowl, all the dry spices and divide inti two batches. Now, take a bowl, add egg, half of the spices, all purpose flour and beat it well. Coat the chicken in this mixture and marinate further for - minutes.
Next, scoarsely grind poha and add the remaining spices. Coat each of the chicken cubes in this poha and airfry it at deg C for about - minutes. Flip halfway through and cook it until you get golden crispy covering!
