Look for a pizza base with nutritional label. I used one with this value (C-;F-;P-gms) Sauce - gms ketchup + tbsp schezwan chutney . For toppings I used one chicken sausage,half an onion and capsicum, GMs of mozzarella cheese. Vegetarians can use paneer and calculate the macros accordingly . . Spread the sauce and then put on the toppings and add Oregano , salt, pepper according to your taste . . Preheat your convection at C And heat the back side of the base for mins on a grill rack ,take it out , spread the sauce and toppings on the front side.once it’s ready put in your pizza base on the grill rack for mins. Pizza is ready You may adjust your ingredients and calculate macros based on that
