Pita base - 120g Ghee - 5g Chicken - 50g Onion - 50g Capsicum - 30g Soya sauce - 10g Ketchup - 8g Thousand island - 10g
Take the ghee in the pan and add chicken breast to it, cook them well for -mins. . Add soya sauce, salt and pepper to the chicken and mix well. . Take the cooked chicken and place it in a bowl .Take your pita bread heat it on the same pan. . Now spread thousand island sauce on the pita bread, add the chicken mixture on top. .
