Pizza bread thin crust - 50 gms Chicken - 100 gms Mushroom - 40 gms Onion - 25 gms Amul Cheese slice - 1/2 Olive oil - 5 gms Butter - 2 gms Ketchup - 20 gms Basil - 10 leaves Garlic - 3 cloves Green Chilly - 1/2 Salt, Pepper as per taste
) Heat a non stick pan and add olive oil. ) Add chicken sauté till opaque on high flame. ) Add mushroom and onions me continue to sauté on high flame. Add salt pepper. ) once cooked keep aside this mixture. (Leave any juices and oil in the pan) ) To the same pan add the garlic chilly basil paste, roast a bit on low flame. Do not let it brown, also no need to add any oil. Add tomato ketchup or (homemade tomato purée for lesser cal). Add some water and let it cook till it becomes base sauce consistency. (If you are using homemade purée add lil sugar free and salt for taste) ) Brush the pizza bread top with little butter just to ensure that the sauce does not soak the bread. ) Evenly spread the sauce. ) spread the chicken, mushroom, onion mixture ) top with cheese and basil leaves. ) bake in oven/pan till bread turns crispy. (As everything is already cooked this won’t take much time.) Best accompaniments - Diet Coke, Salad P.s - can replace chicken with paneer. Macros will change.
