Step 1

For green masala, put everything in a blender and grind: tablespoon fresh ginger cloves of garlic green spicy pepper bunch of coriander grated tomato. ✍️Preparation Step .In a flat, low pot, add the oil. When the oil is hot, add the onion. Step . Fry for about minutes until golden. Step . Add the dry spices and fry for minutes. Step .Add the mixture of the green masala. Stir and cook over low heat for about minutes. Step .Add the grated tomato. Step .Continue to cook for about another minutes. Step . Add and Arrange the chicken pieces. Cook for about minutes. Step .After minutes turn the chicken pieces in the pot. Add the potatoes and arrange them between the chicken pieces. Cover with a lid.No need to add water. Cook for about - minutes on low heat. When the potatoes are cooked, the stew is ready.
