Chicken breast - 150gm
Onion - 100gm
Tomato -100gm
Ginger garlic chilly - 10gm
Olive oil - 10gm
Spices: salt, black pepper powder, coriander powder, cumin powder
Coriander leaves -10gm
Cut and chop the chicken and mince it in the grinder.
Chop finely onion, tomatoes & coriander leaves and add it to the bowl.
To the bowl, next add minced chicken and all spices and mix it well.
Divide into equal portions and make patties out of it.
Brush the pan with oil/ghee and cook the kebabs until it turns golden brown on both sides on low flame or it’s cook through. Enjoy 😉
