Minced chicken 75 grams

Bun 1 in number 52 grams

Bread crumbs 10 grams

Oil 10 grams

Lettuce 10 grams

Onion

Ginger garlic paste

Green chilli and other spices

Method

Step 1

Take out excess water from the minced chicken. . Add onions, green chillis and other spices to the minced chicken and make it into a tikki. . Coat with a little bread crumbs and shallow fry using grams of oil. . Put the tikka in the bun add lettuce. . Serve hot and enjoy.
