Raw Rice 100 gms
Curd 100 gms
Onion 50 gm
tomatoes 100 gm
Oil 10 gms
Ginger garlic paste 1 big spoon
Lemon juice (1 lemon)
corrainder and mint leaves
Chilli Powder/dhaniya Powder/turmeric/salt/biryani masala any(Everest/Suhana/Shaan/National)
Wash Chicken Breast and drain water
Apply Chilli Powder/dhaniya Powder/turmeric/salt/biryani masala any(Everest/Suhana/Shaan/National) as per taste
Grind the ginger garlic+corrainder+mint leaves to a paste. Apply this paste to the chicken
Add lemon juice to the chicken
In a wok add oil and fry thinly sliced onions until golden.
Add chopped tomatoes and fry until mushy
Transfer the marinated chicken to this and allow to cook
Boil rice in another vessel. once completely boiled strain the water
spread it over the chicken and allow to steam it with chicken for minutes. enjoy
