Chicken breast - 100g
Ginger- 5gm
Garlic - 5gm
Veggies- corn, bell peppers, green onions, carrots
Cornflour - 10g
Oil - 5g
Soya sauce- 10g
Spices- salt, black pepper powder, cinnamon powder
Condiments- Italian herbs, mixed dried vegetable spice.
Green chilly- 1
Cut the breast into small chunks and add ginger - garlic paste, green chili and add salt, pepper powder, cinnamon powder and grind it in the mixer.
Take the minced chicken and divide it into small balls by rolling over your palm and then airfry it for about mins at degree C or until it’s golden brown on all sides. Alternatively, brush your nonstick pan with oil and cook chicken balls by covering the lid until it’s done on all sides.
Now, in a pot, add oil and chopped white part of spring onions and saute it for a minute. Meanwhile, add the corn kernels to the boiling water and let it boil until its semi soft. Then drain the water and keep it aside. Retain corn stock to add it later on.
Add remaining chopped veggies to the pot and add chicken balls, corn stock and add water and let it boil until all the ingredients are nicely incorporated.
Dissolve cornflour, soya sauce in - tbsp water and add it to the pot while continuously stirring it. Add chopped green onions and herbs and condiments before serving. Enjoy
