Soya granules -80 grams

Biryani Masala
Cook grams of raw rice with spices ( Bay leaves, Cinnamon, Clove, salt and lemon juice).
Cook Chicken pieces with salt turmeric and pepper powder.
Cook soya granules with little salt, drain out the water and keep aside.
In a pan take oil and add clove, cinnamon, star anise.
Add chopped onion, fry till brown.
Add tomatoes, saute till soft and add a still green chili. You can also add pepper powder for a little more heat.
Add Biryani Masala as per raste, chili powder.
Once it looks cooked add one Table spoon of curd.
Add a little salt, since chicken and soya already have salt.
Add cooked chicken and a little stock if it remains.
Add soya granules, chopped coriander and mint leaves.
Lastly add rice and mix gently.
Cover and cook for around - mins on very slow flame.
