1. Pumpkin, tomatoes, Carrots (if fits into your chart) - min 200gm. more the better! 2. Butter - as per your chart 3. cheese - 1 slice (you can add as per choice n chart)
wash all veggies throughly. Pressure cook all together for whistles.
cool all veggies. peel the tomatoes. grind them all together into thick paste. add water so as to get soup consistency
Take the thick veggies mixture into a pan. add water as per requirement. No need to add corn flour. If you keep a watch on consistency, you will see its perfect on its own.
Add favorite condiments like basil, oregano, Chilli flakes. Salt as per taste.
Turn off the flame and add cheese slice and butter. Mix well. Serve hot! Super tasty it is!!!
