Soya granules 20gms

Paneer 25gms

Oil 5gms

Method

Step 1

Soak soya granules in hot water and squeeze out the excess. Heat ghee, add cumin, then toss in soya with salt, chilli powder, and chaat masala. Add grated paneer and sauté for a minute. Transfer to a bowl, top with grated cheese, and microwave for seconds till melty. Serve hot with toasted bread — cheesy, protein-packed, and delicious!
