Ingredients

Chicken breast - 100g

Potato- 70g

Cheese - 25g (1 cube)

Cornflakes- 20g

Egg - 1

Spices and herbs: cumin powder, red chilly powder, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper powder, salt, cinnamon powder

Method

Step 1

First mince the chicken and add spices to it and mix all well. There are two ways to go for it. . Make elongated chicken balls out of the above mixture and roll it the foil paper, seal two ends as that of toffee wrapper and let it boil in simmering water for about - minutes. Take it out of the water and let it cool down and mash it. . Just grind the chicken mixture with spices and keep it aside

Step 2

Boil the potatoes, remove the skin and mash it and mix with chicken. Adjust spices and seasoning as per your liking.

Step 3

Make a ball out of it and flatten it on your palm. Place a small cheese piece of about -g in the center and seal it.

Step 4

Beat the egg in a bowl and add seasoning: (chilli flakes, oregano, salt and pepper) and whisk it nicely. Coat the chicken cheese ball with this egg wash and then coat it with crumbled cornflakes. You may first dust it with maida/wheat flour before applying egg wash.

Step 5

Now crumble the cornflakes and coat the chicken balls with it. Airfry or bake it for - minutes at deg C or until you get golden brown coating on all sides.

Step 6

Vegetarians may use grated paneer/tofu instead of chicken or soya chunks. For soya chunks, boil and simmer it in water and drain out excess water by squishing them and then grind it in the mixture.
