Oil - 5 gms
Bread - 2 slices
Cheese Slice - 1
Veggies (Onion Rings, Cherry Tomatoes, Bell Peppers) - 50 gms
Oregano, Chilli Flakes - A Pinch
Salt , Black Pepper - A Pinch
Beat the eggs in a bowl.
Add Oregano, Chilli Flakes, Salt, Pepper and whisk it further.
Add the chopped veggies.
Heat the non-stick pan, spread the oil and pour the batter.
Place the two bread slices on top.
Flip once the other side is cooked.
Place the cheese slice on one of the breads.
Fold the extra edges of the omlette and then the bread.
