Mayonnaise 20 gms

Refined flour 40 gms

Parsley 100 gms

Herbed rice 150 gms

Green salad 100 gms

Method

Step 1

Cube the chicken breast, add whole egg and all the mentioned ingredients except herbed rice and green salad

Step 2

Mix thoroughly and adjust the salt and pepper according to your taste.

Step 3

Make small patties

Step 4

You can use a non stick tawa or an air fryer or an oven to cook the patties

Step 5

Plate the patties along with herbed rice and green salad to make this as a complete meal.
