Take besan in a bowl , add all the spices like salt , pepper , coriander powder , turmeric powder , cumin powder . . Now add water into besan and make a pouring consistency paste. . Take a non stick pan , spread some oil on it and pour besan paste in the form of round chilla and cook it until it turns golden brown from both sides. . Add some veggies and cheese slice in it and you can add oregano and chilli flakes also for some extra flavour. . You can easily make big chilla’s from these ingredients,
