5gm whole wheat flour
15ml olive oil
Vegetables - capsicum, mushroom and sweet corn
Spices - Salt, black pepper, garlic granules, paprika, chilli flakes, oregano and italian blend herb's
Boil pasta and keep ready
Sautee veggies with garlic in half the oil and keep aside
Cook the flour in the remaining oil. Once cooked add the milk while mixing it continuously to ensure there are no lumps. Let it cook and become slightly thick. Then add cheese.
Add all spices, pasta and veggies to the sauce. Mix well and enjoy hot.
