5gms butter
Take two whole eggs and beat it in a container.Add salt, coriander and chilli powder. Mix it well
In a non sticky frying pan add gms of butter followed by the beaten egg
Put two slices of bread in the egg mix and after some time flip the bread in the oven
Add one cheese slice and flip one bread slice on another one to make omlette sandwich
