Whey protein :1 scoop
Whet flour /all purpose flour:20gms
Baking soda :2 pinch
Baking powder : 3pinch
Oil:3gms
Soya milk : 60ml
Grated cheddar cheese :20gms
Stevia as per taste
STEPS: . Take a coffee mug/ microwaveable container . Add flour& whey powder . Add stevia, baking powder,baking soda and mix well . Now add soya milk slowly . And beat it to smooth without any lumps . Add oil and beat it with spoon again till its combined well . Add grated cheese on top . Microwave it to less than one min at high temperature . But please keep an eye so that it wont over flow . Remove and consume immediately 😋
