So I recreated my small healthy cheese board for mornings or snack. ) Take fruits per your diet plan - I usually take gms red grapes or blueberries ) take nuts per your diet plan - recommend almonds (I took gms) ) take cheese slice (this is my replacement for egg white) ) cut the cheese slice into thin slices and roll almonds in the thin slices Eat a bite of cheese rolled almond, then a grape and then sip your coffee/tea.
