2 Roti / Tortilla - 50 gm
Onion, Tomato, Capsicum and other veggies (as per macros) Tip: You can include corn and black beans as well
Oil/butter - 1 gm
Salt
Saute veggies and Panner mildly, add salt ( If you want to give Indian twist you can include Masala as well)
Cook Roti as usual and bring the stove to simmer
Fill half the roti with sauteed stuff and fold. Make sure you start with grated cheese and end with the same
Press down with spatula
Cut the quesadilla into half
Enjoy hot
