Chicken breast boneless-100g Veg options-Paneer/ boiled soya chunks
Lettuce leaves
Tomato-50 g
Spring onion/ onion-chopped
Pudina chopped or mint coriander chutney
Hung curd / thick curd - 15 g
Chopped green chilli/ chilli flakes
Salt
Chat masala
Ginger garlic paste for marinating chicken
Clean and marinate boneless chicken pieces with ginger garlic paste and half quantity of curd and salt Boil or grill or roast them in nonstick pan Shred them or cut them in small pieces
Clean and keep lettuce leaves in cold water for some time , then allow them to dry
Mix together curd , chopped mint leaves/ mint chutney, chilli flakes, chat masala, chicken,chopped onion, tomato in a bowl, adjust salt
Wipe lettuce leaves dry then add chicken mixture and make wraps by using toothpick or foil
You can use mint mayo / tandoori mayonnaise in place of curd if you can fit in your macros Enjoyyyy !
