Rice 50gms boiled
Veggies 100gm
Onion 50gm
Tomato 50gm
Ghee 10gm
Ginger Garlic paste 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1tsp
Garam Masala 1tsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Salt
Add ghee to frying pan
Add finely chopped onion & ginger garlic paste. Saute and add tomato. Add all the veggies. Add green chillies.
Add all the masala powder add / cup water and let it cook for mins. Add boiled chana. Mix and let it cook for another mins
Add cooked rice. Mix everything. Add salt and finely garnish with coriander leaves and add lemon juice.
