50 grams black Chana
100 grams potato
30 grams Chopped fresh coriander
100 grams Grated veggies of your choice
Cummin powder, chaat masala , black salt , chilli and salt as per taste
Soak the black chana for to hours and then give it one whistle by adding salt as per taste.
Cool down the black chana and grind it to make a fine paste by adding grated vegetables of your choice and green chilli with lots of fresh coriander.
Now add grated boiled potato to paste for binding and mix it well with all the spices as per your taste.
Make the patties and sauté it well on a nonstick pan with minimum oil.
