Method

Step 1

turn on waffle maker While it gets pre-heated, prep the rest of the stuff .

Step 2

Layer them as below: g shredded cheese egg whisked with salt n pepper or seasoning of your choice. g veggies chopped small (you could also try more in next attempt, keep it simple first time) this is also optional but good to add fibre , isn’t it. g shredded cheese

Step 3

Then close the waffle maker for -mins may be Note: the recipe I followed suggested mins but first time I tried it flopped. So, today I made a double quantity and had the waffle maker on for mins. More time is ok, you get it crunchier but don't burn it

Step 4

Gently open n see if it’s cooked or not, should be golden browned then it’s ready Can be darker too and would be crunchy
