Cauliflower-100g
Butter/oil - 3 g
Chopped green chilli/ chilli flakes- optional
Salt
Any seasoning of your choice
Clean and finely grate cauliflower ( looks like cauli rice ), add salt to it
Add chilli flakes , chopped garlic etc
Beat one egg and mix in the cauliflower mixture
Brush oil/ butter on nonstick pan and spread egg cauliflower mixture like chilla
Sprinkle chilli flakes, all purpose seasoning
Flip and cook the other side and enjoyyyy
