Cauliflower 150g
Chicken breast 130g (Marinated with ginger garlic paste and other spices)
Olive or coconut oil or ghee 10ml
Curry leaves
Coriander
Other spices for taste
Shred cleaned and dried cauliflower florets in food processor to fine texture. (Make sure florets are not watery)
In hot pan, add oil, cook the chicken with curry leaves until done.
Add the grated cauliflower and salt. Cover with lid and let it get cooked for about mins.
Open lid and garnish with coriander leaves. Enjoy the low carb high protein meal!
