Ingredients

225gms carrots

10gms ghee

250ml milk

100ml almond milk (to reduce calories, you can use normal milk as well)

50gms paneer

50gms sooji

Sweetener (I used Stevia, you can use any)

7gms almonds (use nuts of your choice )

Method

Step 1

Take carrots and grate them in mixer (without adding any water).

Step 2

Take some - spoons carrot and keep it soaked in ml milk separately (to get pink colour).

Step 3

Heat a pan and take ghee , add the grated carrots and cook it on medium flame till it’s colour changed to a good orange (keep stirring it to avoid sticking to pan).

Step 4

Now add almond milk , sweetner (you can use jaggery too) , some cardmom powder. Mix slowly sooji into it , and stir the mixture slowly till it thickens.

Step 5

Let this mixture cool for a while at room temperature before making it into small sized balls .

Step 6

Steam these balls for - mins max and let them also cool.

Step 7

Meanwhile , take a pan add some /th cup water with remaining milk in it, mashed paneer , add little sweetener. Cook it for about - minutes on low to medium flame.

Step 8

Cook it till you get little creamy watery consistency , let it cool for a while.

Step 9

Now add the carrot balls into this mixture & let it soak well , refrigerate for - hrs (or overnight).

Step 10

Garnish with your favourite nuts and Enjoy!!
