MB ready to drink Whey smoothie with 18 gms of protein 200 ml
Vanilla essence - 10 ml
Monk Sugar - 50 gms
Caramel- 40 gms
Add the whole egg, egg white and whisk them well to incorporate air
Now add the monk sugar and whisk once again until the sugar dissolves
Add the gm protein shake, vanilla essence and blend them well
Take a porcelain bowl, rub the base with caramel and pour the mixture on the top
You can use oven or double boiler or microwave to cook until the mixture gets firm
Refrigerate for few hours and serve chilled
