1)paneer-100g carrot-50g capsicum -50g garlic and green chilli as per taste. 2)capsicum -100g( deseed and make rings) and 3) gram flour -20g salt, turmeric,oregano ,chilli flakes as per taste

) make a batter of gram flour adding little water. Add all chopped veggies in the batter,along with the spices
) heat a nonstick pan ,add capsicum rings and in the centre fill this mixture and let it cook on slow - medium flame for - min.(flip the sides from time to time to make it more crispy ) and serve hot 🔥.. enjoy with mint chutney and chilli sauce
