Cabbage -200gms
Egg- 2
Onion -1 whole
Ginger, green chilli -1, curry leaves
1tsp mustard seeds, salt, turmeric
Chop cabbage and onion and keep it aside
Beat the eggs with salt and keep it aside
Next add oil, allow the mustard seeds to splutter, add green chilli, ginger, curry leaves and onion and sautee well
Once the onion is half cooked add cabbage with salt and turmeric, mix well and cook with lid closed
Once the cabbage is cooked well add in the eggs, allow to cook and then scramble it.
Serve it hot with rice or roti
