Cabbage-150 g shredded
Oil -3 g
Cumin seeds , mustard seeds, curry leaves-for seasoning
Salt
Lemon juice - half tsp
Asafoetida
Shred or grate raw cabbage to look like riced cabbage
Sprinkle salt on shredded cabbage and mix nicely
In a pan heat oil and add mustard seeds , cumin seeds, curry leaves , a pinch of asafoetida
When it splutters add riced cabbage and stir fry it for few minutes
Switch off the gas and remove it in a plate , add half tsp lemon juice and mix You can also add roasted peanuts or fresh coconut to it Done ! Enjoyyyy
