Red /purple and green cabbage-200 g
Salt
Oil /ghee- 2 g / half tsp
Cummin seeds-1 tsp
Green chilli-1
Curd -30 g
Roasted Peanuts powder-5 g
Asafoetida-1 pinch
Clean and chop cabbage in thin and long strips
Brush pan with half tsp ghee and heat
Add cumin seeds,chopped green chilli,asafoetida
Add cabbage & salt , sauté little Keep it crunchy, don’t cook much , remove it in a bowl
Beat curd with salt and add to cabbage Sprinkle peanuts powder add chopped corriander and serve .
