Cook the kidney beans and then add them to tomato puree with some salt, pepper, lemon juice, chilli powder and sugar and cook it till you get a thick texture. . Saute the vegetables in oil and add some salt and pepper as per taste. . Put the rice and other ingredients in a bowl and top it with mixed herbs and chilli flakes
