Soak both brown rice and moong dal in bowl of water for - minutes . In a pressure cooker, add ghee and let it heat up . Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and stir lightly . Add turmeric, asafoetida, godaa masala, salt and sugar on low flame and lightly stir so that sensitive ingredients like turmeric, asafoetida, godaa masala don’t burn . Add vegetables and sauté - mins . Add soaked moong dal and brown rice and lightly sauté . Add double quantity water . Close the pressure cooker lid and let it pressure cook to whistles and let it rest until the pressure is let out. . Serve it hot with cut salad and yogurt
