Bread slice -1
Butter-3 g
Custard powder / corn flour-10 g
Milk -150 mL
Whey protein-1 scoop
Berries / nuts- optional
Cut bread slice in triangles and roast it on nonstick pan brushing lightly with butter
Mix custard powder with ml milk , boil remaining milk , add some water if needed
When milk is boiling , switch off the gas , add custard paste , stir it Switch on the gas on low and cook the custard until thick
Cool it properly then add scoop whey protein powder mixed with water ( mL )
Arrange bread triangles in a bowl then pour this custard mixture over it
Add some berries or nuts ( optional)
Refrigerate and serve chilled
