1. One toasted bread sclice
2. Half a Avocado
3. 1 whole scrambled egg
4. One slice of Onion (optional)
5. Chia seeds and sesame seeds (optional)
6. Butter - little
Take a pan, and add - grams butter to it, toast the bread to golden brown
Spread the avocado on top of it
Add a scrambled egg on top of it
Add onion (completely optional). You can also all tomato, lettuce.
