chick pea flour 30gms
Lauki/bottle gourd 150gms
onion chopped 2 small
garlic chopped 3-4 pods
chilli powder to taste
turmeric powder to taste
salt to taste
oil 7 gms
Take a bowl. Put besan into it
To this add grated bottle gourd. no need to squeeze the juices as we are not going to add water in this.
now put chopped/ roughly chopped onions and few - chopped garlic pods.
add turmeric, chili powder n salt to taste
put approx GM's of oil and shallow fry on on nonstick pan.
let the oil heat well and make balls with the help of hands and then give it a shape . I have given a round shape like a patty.
after putting the pattys in to the pan carefully simmer the flame to medium n let it cook for mins.
when done flip the side and gently press the pattys .
this flipping can be done twice or more to get a crispy texture.
