Chicken Breast 300gm
Onion 50gm
Ghee/Oil-20ml
Turmeric Powder
Garam Masala

Coriander powder
Lemon
Wash the chicken breast and put it in a bowl.
Add gm ginger garlic paste, Half tea spoon turmeric powder, half tea spoon Coriander powder, tea spoon garam masala, half lemon.
Mix it well and leave it for marination for mins.
Heat the pan, add -ml oil to it depending on your macros.
Put the onion and start frying, fry untill onion is brown.
Add the marinated chicken to it and cover it with a lid.
Leave the chicken covered for - mins. In this time chicken will leave a lot of water and it will get dry.
As it gets dry add few coriander or pudina leaves and leave it again for mins.
Add little water to it and boil for mins.
This chicken curry can be used occasionally if you get bored with same chicken everyday.
