Step 1

Boil chicken for - mins or until cooked through and season it with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Sauté vegetables of your choice for the salad and lightly season with salt and pepper

Step 3

In a bowl, mix together chopped coriander, lemon zest, lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper, olive oil.
