potato: 200 gm Veggies: 200 gm, oil: 30 gm, Onion: 2 medium, green chillies: 3 Masala: Jeera, Hing powder, ginger paste
In a non sticky pan, put some oil and fry the Potatoes on a low flame and keep it aside. Add some oil, add some Jeera and a pinch of hing powder. To this, add a couple of green chillies and stir this for a couple of seconds till you start getting that good smell. Post this, add some ginger paste and let that cook again for a minute or so. After this, add the onions that have been chopped and add some more oil. Keep the flame medium and let the onion cook for a couple of minutes. Post this add the veggies and some more oil. At this stage add salt as per taste and reduce the flame to let the veggies cook properly. This might take couple of minutes. Once the veggies are almost ready, add the precooked Potatoes and add the remaining oil. Let this simmer for a while unless the sabji is ready. Check salt and it is ready to serve.
