Half apple
Lime juice
Grate the beet root and apple finely, add to mixer jar with ml water, grind it well and strain the juice.(you can alternatively get the juice from juicer too)
Now add whey protein to the strained juice , shake it well by adding desired volume of water or ice.
Add lime juice and your beetroot flavoured protein is ready.
