Coconut-25gms

ginger-less than half inch
mustard seeds-1/4,tsp
jeera-1/8tsp

Grind Coconut with jeera, ginger, garlic, some curd and make a semi-thick paste
Then add mustard seeds and just grind partially so that they split
Grate beetroot and sautee well for - mins till the raw smell and taste goes
Now pour the paste on top of this add salt and sautee till the raw taste and smell of paste disappears
Add curd with pinch of methi powder mix well and keep aside
Now use the oil to give tadka with mustard seeds, curry leaves ,redchilli and shallot
